The enquiry form asks for your name and phone or WhatsApp number. You may also provide your website address and a message. Providing this information is voluntary, but we need a name and contact number to respond to a form enquiry. You can email us instead.

Please do not include identity documents, payment details, sensitive personal information or information about children. We also receive information you include in subsequent correspondence.

We use your details to respond to your request, review your website and discuss services you have asked about. If you become a client, we use relevant information to deliver the agreed service, administer the relationship and meet applicable legal obligations.

Responding to an enquiry includes steps you request before entering a contract. We also process technical information for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, subject to your rights under POPIA. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We do not sell your information.

Our website runs on Vercel. Form enquiries pass through Resend to our Google Workspace inbox. These providers process information needed to host the site, deliver messages and store correspondence. The form does not create a separate customer database.

Hosting and email systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, delivery status and security logs. We do not run Google Analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

Vercel, Resend and Google operate internationally, including in the United States. Website requests and enquiry messages may therefore be processed outside South Africa. Their data-processing terms address confidentiality, security and international transfers. You can contact us for information about the providers used for your enquiry.

Enquiries and replies are held in our business email account while needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting client relationship. Relevant records may also need to be retained for legal or accounting obligations. Provider logs and backups are subject to the provider's retention settings.

We use encrypted website connections and restrict access to business systems. No internet service can guarantee complete security. Contact us if you believe your information has been disclosed incorrectly or is no longer needed.

Under POPIA, you may request access to your personal information, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, request deletion where applicable, or object to processing on the grounds allowed by law.
